  • Thai Massage is a dynamic, full-body therapy that combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and energy work. Unlike traditional massages, it is performed fully clothed on a mat, using rhythmic movements to improve flexibility, relieve tension, and restore balance.

  • Not at all! Thai Massage is fully adaptable to your body’s needs and flexibility level. The practitioner will gently guide you through movements that feel comfortable and beneficial.

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for movement, similar to what you’d wear for yoga or light exercise.
